Delivery policy
General
The cost of delivery to mainland UK is already included in the price of the art on the website. Delivery of large and fragile items will be made using a specialist courier and we aim to ship as soon as possible after your purchase, usually the next business day. Once your purchase has been made, one of the team will contact you to inform you of the arrangements being made for delivery, the likely delivery schedule and to discuss any special requirements you may have in terms of accepting the delivery. Please contact the gallery to obtain a quotation for delivery to other destinations.
Delivery Time - COVID-19 UPDATE
During the current crisis, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, though we will try to get your art to you more quickly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For any queries, please contact the gallery.
Insurance
Your art purchase will be fully insured by us during delivery but insuring it will become your responsibility once it has been delivered.
Taking Delivery of your Art
It is essential that you or a trusted representative takes delivery of the art purchase from the courier so that you can check it has not sustained any damage in transit. If there is any damage to the article it must be pointed out to the courier and notified to us as soon as possible, and in any case within 24 hours. We cannot accept damage reports which are made outside this time limit and not refund for damaged goods which are not reported within the time limit. While we aim to make the process of reporting damage as straightforward for you as we can, we will need a full description of any damage the item has suffered, together with photographs. Please be reassured that we aim to minimise damage via careful packing and by using specialist packing materials to protect the art and that damage is rare.
Collection and Refund
Provided damage is reported to us by email within 24 hours of delivery and was notified to the courier at the time, we will arrange collection of the item as soon as possible in order to get it back to the gallery for assessment. Damaged items are often repairable so please treat them with care and re-pack them carefully. Once the item has been returned to us you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
Tracking your Delivery
Once your art purchase has been despatched we will send you an email to confirm and provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow its progress while out on delivery to you.
